Notes on Primary One Registration Notes (2022-2023)

Registration for admission

Date     :    7^th June, 2022 to 9^th June, 2022 (Tuesday to Thursday)

Time    :    09:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.; 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Venue  :    Ground Floor

Necessary documents:

1. Original copy of child’s Primary One Admission Certificate
2. Photocopy with the original proof for child’s birth certificate and / or the
   documents of HK residency (e.g. Hong Kong Birth Certificate / Passport & Visa)
3. Photocopy with original parents' or guardians' identity document (HK ID card / Passport)
4. One recent passport photo of the child.
5. Photocopy with original proof of address (within the last three months)
6. Photocopy with original Baptist certificate (if any)

Remarks: If parents are not able to finish the registration for their child by 9^th June, 2022, 4 p.m., you forfeit your place. Upon completion of registration, the parents and school will have made an agreement together.

2022-2023年度小一新生註冊須知

1. 一. 註冊日期：2022年6月7日至9日（星期二至四）
2. 二. 註冊時間：上午9時正至正午12時正

下午2時正至下午4時正

1. 三. 註冊地點：地下大堂
2. 四. 帶備文件：
3. 1. 小一註冊證正本；
4. 2. 出示學生出生證明書或許可在港居留證明文件之正本，並繳交影印本一份(如香港出生紙/護照及有效簽證)；

3. 3. 出示家長身份證明文件正本及副本（香港身份證/護照及有效簽證）；
4. 4. 學生相片一張；
5. 5. 出示住址證明正本及副本(三個月內)；
6. 6. 出示天主教領洗紙正本及副本(如有)；

備註：如家長未能在6月9日，4時正前辦理註冊手續，將視作放棄該學位論。註冊手續一經辦妥，對家長和學校均具有約束力。
