On 28th September 2019 (Saturday), our students participated in a painting activity with their parents. The painting activity was organized by the Central and Western District Home Affairs Department. Each family was given a wooden chair to paint. Though it was a hot and sunny Saturday morning, students and parents had a good time working on their designs. They all loved their chairs so much and enjoyed taking pictures with their creations. After the painting activity, the chairs painted by students and parents would be placed in Central and Western district community for public use. Not only can their artwork reach the public, the chairs can also allow passerby and elderly to take rest.

The Inter-school Speech Festival is coming soon. In order to enhance our students’ performance in the competition, our school had invited professional Putonghua tutors to come to our school and give out extra training classes. Students will learn about professional speaking skills during the training. Parents also attended this activity as observer and learner.

The Hong Kong Schools Speech Festival is coming soon. In order to help students grow in confidence, courage and creativity from taking part in the Speech Festival, we have invited an experienced expert coach to conduct a Master Workshop to our students. During the workshop, students have learnt to interpret different poems with different speech skills such as articulation, voice control, pronunciation and intonation. We hope that every student can confidentially command the stage and have a good result in the competition.
